Power Automate Engineer@ HRM
will be involved in an IT project focused on designing, developing and managing advanced workflows using Power Automate, with the goal of automating complex business processes. The role includes activities related to the integration of Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure and enterprise systems, as well as supporting environment governance and lifecycle management. The figure will contribute to the design, implementation and release of automation solutions, ensuring performance, security and reliability, and will collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps and business teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions.

Experience in developing workflows with Power Automate
Ability to automate complex business processes
Experience integrating Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure and enterprise systems
Configuration and management of on-premises gateways, connectors and integration services
Knowledge of security policies (flows, connections, environments, roles and permissions)
Experience in Power Platform environment governance (development, test, staging, production)
Management of the solution lifecycle (design, development, release to production)
Contribution to CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
Experience in troubleshooting, monitoring and workflow optimization
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (architectures, flows, configurations)
Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders
Good knowledge of English (B2-C1 level)
