within a leading industrial technology organization in the electrification domain, will act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring stable operations and effective service delivery across the EasyOrder platform. This role will act as the central coordination and governance point for all incoming Change Requests (CRs) across multiple vendors, product teams, and country stakeholders.
The focus of the role is to establish and manage a structured end-to-end CR process, ensuring clear prioritization, alignment, execution, and transparent communication across all stakeholders.

We are looking for professionals who are ready to make their skills available and explore new contexts or stimulating projects, or eager to deepen different areas of responsibility. If that's you, you'll be a key piece to our success thanks to:
Around 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a Service Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role
Proven experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments with multiple stakeholders
Strong experience in Change Request management, including triage, prioritization, and backlog coordination
Good understanding of Agile ways of working and familiarity with backlog management tools
Ability to facilitate discussions, drive alignment, and manage conflicting priorities
Structured and proactive approach with a solution-oriented mindset
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Fluent English and ability to work in a global, distributed team environment
