Business Analyst @ HRM

will be involved in the design and evolution of e-commerce and omnichannel features, working closely with business and technical teams. The role covers the full lifecycle of new functionalities, from requirement analysis and solution design to release and validation. The position requires continuous interaction with architects, developers and testers to ensure consistency between business needs and technical implementation within an agile environment.

We are looking for professionals who are ready to make their skills available and explore new contexts on stimulating projects, or eager to deepen different areas of responsibility. If that's you, you'll be a key piece to our success thanks to:

• Experience as Business Analyst in e-commerce

• Strong skills in business and technical requirement analysis

• Experience working in Agile frameworks

• Ability to produce Solution Designs and functional documentation (Confluence)

• Experience in writing and managing User Stories on Jira

• Support to testing activities and validation phases

• Strong knowledge of English (level C1)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and CMS platforms
