Backend Developer@ HRM
will be involved in a technical team focused on developing backend components based on C# and .Net for a software system that directly interfaces with tAgenzia delle Entrate. The application domain is strongly tied to tax and regulatory processes, requiring a high level of accuracy, traceability, and code quality. The position includes requirement analysis, translation into technical specifications, and the development of reliable and maintainable solutions, with a strong focus on automated build and release processes.

Strong proficiency in modern C# (versions 8/9/10/11)
Experience with .NET 6 / .NET 7 / .NET 8
Backend development of application components
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, SQLite, other RDBMS)
Use of Git for source code versioning
Experience with automated pipelines for build, test and deploy
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps
Ability to understand the requirements expressed by the Revenue Agency on tax bases and translate them into technical specifications
Strong knowledge of English (level C1)
Nice to have:
Previous experience working on systems integrated with Agenzia delle Entrate
Knowledge of tax-related processes and regulations
Experience in regulated application environments
