The Marketing Automation Specialist Intern in HRM

will support the execution of automated marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign, contributing to the creation and management of email, SMS, and push communications. Through daily activities and mentoring, the role will provide hands-on exposure to audience segmentation, workflow configuration, and campaign optimization. The intern will also learn how to monitor campaign performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with data privacy and governance standards.
