The Sprinklr Expert in HRM

will be part of the Maintenance & Sustain Team and will focus on ensuring the stability, optimization, and continuous enhancement of the Sprinklr platform. The specialist will work closely with business and technical teams to maintain configurations, support users, and guarantee seamless operations across all Sprinklr modules. This position combines platform governance, troubleshooting, configuration management, and user enablement, contributing to a high-quality and reliable customer experience.

• Experience working with the Sprinklr platform (minimum 1 year), including configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Strong knowledge of key Sprinklr modules such as Social Listening, Publishing, Care, and Reporting.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, and connections with external systems (CRM, social channels, analytics platforms).
• Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and social media management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, international environments.
• Good knowledge of the English language (level C1).

Nice to have:

• Sprinklr Certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level configurations with complex system integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles for incident, problem and change management.
